Health, safety and environmental care are part of the daily operation of our properties in Luanda and Soyo.

Fortaleza Imobiliária is committed to safe working and living conditions across our properties. We work to protect the environment in line with applicable law and our HSE Policy. Our Logistics and Food & Beverage teams lead this work day to day.

    Staff health checks form part of our workplace health procedures.

  • First Aid Training

    Staff receive first aid training to help them respond when someone is injured or unwell.

  • Fire Drills

    Fire drills help staff practise evacuation procedures and their emergency responsibilities.

  • Food Safety

    Our Food & Beverage team trains kitchen staff and follows food safety procedures in every kitchen.

  • Stop work when needed

    Everyone has the right, and the duty, to stop work to prevent injury or harm to the environment.

  • Contribute to planning

    Take part in planning and help us reach our HSE objectives.

Rules that apply to everyone

  • No alcohol or drugs on duty
  • Seat belts on, phones away when driving
  • Approval before high-risk work
  • Use the protective equipment required for the task
